VivaOla is an R&B singer, songwriter and producer who was born in Korea and raised in Tokyo, Japan. He attended Berklee College of Music.

In June 2020, VivaOlaʼs mini-album "STRANDED," released independently, achieved a top 10 position on J- WAVE TOKYO HOT100 and gained recognition on Spotify as a featured artist on playlists including: New Music Wednesday, Soul Music Japan, Edge!, and J-Pop Shinkansen.

Over the years, he has collaborated with prominent figures within the R&B genre, including SIRUP, Thomas Ng, ZIN, Kenya Fujita, and reina. He has also worked with starRo, a Grammy-nominated artist and member of Soulection.

In 2023, he made his first appearnace at SXSW in Austin, Texas, and the following year, he released his long-awaited second full-length "APORIE VIVANT".
