Paul Chin is a multi-hyphenate digital creator from Toronto. His output as an artist and performer have seen him flourish comfortably on-stage or in-studio next to turntablism icon Skratch Bastid, Canadian hip-hop national treasure Shad, avant-garde crooner Toro y Moi, and indie soul darling Daniela Andrade. In his work, he draws influence from artists like Flying Lotus and Daft Punk who use their music as vehicles for further exploration, expanding the bounds of their artistry.
His last EP, 'Dancing Drums', in 2015 was released via Brooklyn boutique label Bastard Jazz Recordings, and featured a remix from Detroit beat wizard Shigeto. Since then, he's remixed and produced for artists such as swim good now, Tanika Charles, and Shad. His single 'Upload Complete' was used as the theme for Motherboard's pluspluspodcast. He's currently working on his fifth solo EP.
