May 1989:
Establishment of Kiss Corporation, marking the commencement of radio program planning and production.
November 1990:
Establishment of Greens Corporation, marking the the beginning of event and concert planning and production, along with promotional activities.
April 1997:
Establishment of Hip Land Group Corporation, initiating financial, personnel, and information management duties for subsidiary companies within the Hip Land Group's holding company.
July 2000:
Hip Land Group Corporation renamed to Hip Land Communications Corporation.
September 2009:
Mergering of Hip Land Communications Corporation into Hip Land Music Corporation.
