feeble little horse is a three-piece noise-pop band from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Their previous album, *Girl with Fish*—characterized by roaring guitars and catchy hooks—earned widespread critical acclaim from outlets including *The New York Times* and *Pitchfork*. Now, the band returns with their third full-length album, *bitknot*, released via Saddle Creek. Arriving three years after the highly praised *Girl with Fish*, the 11-track record was written, produced, and recorded by the three members, each working from their own home. Building upon their signature sound of loud guitars and sweet hooks, the band introduces new dimensions through the use of synths and samples. The album explores the tension between human connection and the isolation brought on by capitalism, technology, and consumer culture. Rooted in the aesthetic of the early 2000s yet situated at the intersection of the physical and online worlds, *bitknot* is a thrilling and unpredictable release.
