No Good Therapy was the first group sign to Ramos Records in 1999. NGT in essence is the alter ego of the original founding fathers of Ramos Records, Sr. Ramos, Zone (Famous), Mr. No Good & Bezzie 2000. Since then, the group has open doors to other arists to express their musical talent by featuring on No Good Therapy albums. Their first album self-titled NO GOOD THERAPY sold a modist 10,000 units between streets and stores sales, unhappy with lack luster sales and poltical controversy the group headed back to the studio to record their second album, titled BOOTLEG.
Experinces from the group first album, the label desided to distrubute the BOOTLEG exclusively on the streets. This album has sold a respectful 30,000 + units on the streets, which created a tremendous underground following. NGT spent a great amount of time out of the Seattle area promoting the BOOTLEG album. The group felt that there home base Seattle forgot about them. NGT hit the streets of Seattle with a presidential like promotional campaign with the WE’RE BACK SEATTLE album the groups 3rd album. WE’RE BACK SEATTLE sold 10,000 + units before getting a distribution deal threw THUMP/UNIVERSAL RECORDS which gave them national notoriety.
