Rachael Sage

ARTIST USA Pop Folk / Roots Singer-Songwriter

ABOUT SHOW | HIDE

A soulful vocalist and innovative multi-instrumentalist, singer/songwriter Rachael Sage is one of the busiest touring artists in independent music, performing 100+ dates a year all over North America, the UK and Europe. She has earned herself a loyal following with her dynamic piano playing, delicate guitar work, expressive vocals, and improvisational audience interaction.

Sage's latest EP release of protest songs, "The Tide", adds her voice and music to the current worldwide protests and public demonstrations, seeking justice for all in a turbulent sociopolitical landscape. With subject matter related to the Orlando shooting, Elie Wiesel's passing, the Syrian refugee crisis and the 2016 US Presidential election, all net proceeds will benefit the American Refugee Committee. Her single "Home (Where I Am Now)" reached #9 on the FMQB AC Radio Chart in the US; her prior single "Try Try Try" off her album "Choreographic" peaked on the same chart at #6.

Sage has shared stages with artists Howard Jones, Beth Hart, Judy Collins, Shawn Colvin, Dar Williams, Melissa Ferrick, and Ani DiFranco. She has received numerous songwriting awards including The John Lennon Songwriting Contest (Grand Prize) and several Outmusic and Independent Music Awards. Her songs have appeared on MTV, HBO, and the "Fame" soundtrack, along with a record-breaking 22 placements on Lifetime’s top reality series,"Dance Moms" – resulting in over 10 million YouTube views.

Rachael Sage is preparing for her 13th album, "Myopia" to be released Spring 2018 on MPress Records. A full US tour is planned to start mid-April.
