Four pieces italian punk band Good Morning Cernobyl, formed early 2018, near hinterland of Perugia (ITA), and actually based between Milano/Perugia,  immediately start working to create their own brand based on 70's punk music attitudes.  
Lead voice and guitar is Giuliano Picciafuoco, back voice and bass is Massimo Margariteli, choirs voice and drum is Lorenzo Bonamente, second guitar and choirs is Gabriele Mameli.

During 2019 they work to realize their first four songs-demoEp, published on February 2020 and distribuited by Distrokid, which allows the band officially debut on digital music sector, and their self-produced video of Murderer City, one of four songs from the EP.     

On 2020 covid-pandemic doesn't discourage the GMC's and the band continue to collaborate remotely and manage to create self-produced mini-album, "Coverbyl#1" [playing the lock-down], three covers by The Stooges, Ramones and GG Allin, played and recorded separately and mixed and mastered by the bassist Massimo M., published on their bandcamp page and YouTube channel.     

On 2023 they finally publish first album "No Time To Fear" and yhe single "Bite It You Scum" GGAllin cover, they have promotional tour in Italy and Germany.

On December 2024 Good Morning Cernobyl enter on Sorry Mom Label's roost.

On February 2025 they release a new single "Brave New People", and they have another single on May and new Ep on June,
