June Bisantz & Alex Nakhimovsky have recorded, performed, and toured together since 2005. In 2018, they launced their first writing collaboration with Love's Tango a collection of Latin Jazz original compositions. Love’s Tango features three bossa novas, two sambas, a Rachmaninoff-inspired string quartet interlude and one unique tango, from which the project gets its name.  Love's Tango received a Global Music Award in 2019 for excellence in lyrics and songwriting.

Bisantz and Nakhimovsky share a background in classical music - both chose the violin as their first instrument - a love of latin rhythms and jazz harmonies, and a serious playfulness that has made them successful partners. They have successfully toured Japan four times and have fallen in love with Japan and the Japanese people.

She has recently signed with the Arabesque label in New York City, releasing a holiday CD in December 2021, 7 Shades of Snow for which she was awarded a Global Music Award for excellence in the female vocalist category
