Danny Beardsley has been described as one of the most intuitive and convincing guitarists from the UK.
Since picking up a guitar for the first time at the age of 9 his hard work, natural talent and technical ability have been constantly honed giving him his own unique and distinct sound.
After playing with several bands as a teenager, including as "Brian May" in a local Queen tribute band, he joined the band Derbyshire Rock band Isolysis in 2006 as lead guitarist and principal songwriter.
In 2011 Danny left Isolysis and formed the band Emperor Chung. With Emperor Chung Danny's songwriting maintained its infectious quality, combining memorable classic rock with progressive touches that deliver a unique sound setting Emperor Chung apart from many bands and earning them unanimous praise wherever they played.
In 2015 Danny, along with Isolysis Drummer Dave Wright, created instrumental progressive trio The Parallax Method. Described by Prog Magazine as "Devastatingly contagious", The Parallax Method got together to jam the type of music they loved without any plan of taking it out the rehearsal room. They combine ultra-modern prog style with old school classic rock tones, genuinely interesting songwriting surprises and refreshing melodic overtones.
With appearances at some of the most prestigious festivals in the UK including Download, Bloodstock, UK Tech Fest and Hammerfest, Danny's musical endeavours have garnered support from the likes of Scuzz TV, Classic Rock Magazine, Prog Magazine, Kerrang, Metal Hammer, Team Rock Radio, Total Guitar and Planet Rock.
In 2019, MusicRadar featured Danny as one of the top ten best new guitarist in the world. Danny is an official ambassador for Orange Amps and a PRS Guitars supported artist.
Danny released his debut solo album Blood From A Stone in 2019, showcasing his vocal talent for the first time. An acoustic reworking was released in July 2020 and his latest album "Chase the Sun" is set for release in 2022.
