Friday Night Plans is a music project centered on Tokyo-based Masumi (vocals). Label is MIYA TERRACE (label in Toys Factory).
Born in Tokyo with a Japanese father and a Filipino mother, Masumi started Friday Night Plans in July 2018. The song became a hot topic on a major music streaming service, and Mariya Takeuchi's cover song “Plastic Love” released in December 2018 received high praise overseas. The second EP "Complex" released on November 15, 2019 won the 1st place in the iTunes R&B/Soul album ranking. In December 2019, Honda "VEZEL" CM song "HONDA" was released. The name of the project "Friday Night Plans" comes from the feeling she cherishes most, "the feeling of the moment when I feel excited about what I should do from Friday night."
