Released in June 2017 by Parisian label Le Murmure des Anges, "I From Beyond" is an original concept album that combines different genres: classical, electropop, lounge, and French chanson.

mH26 comes from another world (whether far away or inside her) to understand our reality. Born at the beginning of the universe, mH26 only knows the perfect and orderly universe she has enjoyed up until now. But even this reckless person was drawn to the spell people were casting towards the heavens. Intrigued by these far-away vibrations that resonate deep in her heart, she crossed the Milky Way. And when she landed on Earth, she temporarily transformed into an enigmatic and sophisticated woman. Enthralled by the overflowing emotions, she soon surrenders to the magic of the moment.

A one-way journey to the limits of perception, "I From Beyond" is a glorious testimony of her emotions. Cybernetic and mysterious, mH26 appears at the edge of our perception with mysterious voices from Earth and space. Her angelic voice modulates with unexpected intonations, revealing her natural emotions that fascinate and bewilder at the same time.

mH26 (real name: Sylvia Renard) studied classical music, earning three degrees in piano, composition and chamber music, and also in theater. She has been a member of the French performing arts organization SACEM since 2009. "I From Beyond" is her debut album, which uses computers to add poetic strangeness to singing voices.

mH26 collaborates with French composer OviD-J (real name: Gérard Cogno-Bourdieu), who graduated as an engineer from Ecole Centrale de Paris. He taught himself rock guitar and later studied jazz and contemporary music (drums, piano). During his youth, he frequently met the legendary French contemporary composer Pierre Schaeffer, which allowed him to hone his computer music skills using music software and controllers such as Ableton Live, Ableton Push, NI Traktor KONTROL S8 and NI Traktor KONTROL F1.
