Boris Laursen is releasing a single to his 2.4 million fans!

Boris Laursen is a quirky 19-year-old from Denmark.

He has taken social media by storm and many now consider him a superstar. On January 15th, Boris will release a single to his 2.4 million fans and followers. The single is called "Slingshot" and was written and produced by Daniel Saser, Ludwig Lindell, Olypop and Harvey Critchlow.

Social media darling Boris is now best known for his comical and humorous videos on Vine, as well as other social media platforms. It all started in the fall of 2013 when he posted his first video on Vine. In December of the same year, he started uploading more and more videos. By the summer of 2014, his Vine account already had over a million followers, his unique videos were the most copied on Vine, and had been viewed over 2.55 million times.

Boris has over 530,000 followers on Instagram, 178,000 followers on Twitter, and 290,000 followers on Facebook. His YouTube channel is currently in development, but he still has 52,000 followers. All together, over 2.4 million followers enjoy, like, and share his worldview.

Boris has only recently started using the Chinese app Mepai, but in just one week he has gained over 200,000 followers.
