Marquitta McKenzie is better known as "Kenzie Mar'' was born on August 29,1991, in Milwaukee Wisconsin where she attended Washington High School. That's where she found her love for dance and music. Marquitta love to perform for her classmates not even knowing she had a natural talent for singing and dancing. She decided to leave High School and pursue a career in dancing in 2016 and was given the chance to show her talent to the world when she performed June 2017 for 414 spotlights at a local television show in Milwaukee, WI, that showcases up-and-coming artist. While pursuing her music career she is a mother of two making it out. Son barely a year old she launched her first solo album and music video "Don't". Shortly following that she released her second single Feenin. Kenzie Marr is a hard-working self-motivated talented Rising Star continuing to write hit after hits. 2018 she released a Single called "Mission" and collabed with Lucy Lu to release "Deceiving", "I'm going n going". Marquitta McKenzie / Kenzie Marr does all this while being a single parent of two beautiful and healthy children holding down home while balancing a career and cultivating a talent that is the true talent she displays. Kenzie Mar was also nominated for the 4th Annual O.M.G Awards to perform for her acknowledgment of her grind to high rise and to receive an Award for being on her grind.
